Biermann Orthodontics has been really fantastic. I originally went for a consultation with a different orthodontist who looked in my mouth for 3 minutes and said I needed full top and bottom metal braces for 2 years. At Biermann Orthodontics their free consultation included photos, x-rays, imaging, and a dental exam. They were able to show me what my teeth and bite would look like after Invisalign®, which was my preferred treatment plan. Rachelle and Dr. Biermann are also incredibly friendly and willing to answer any questions. Their office and equipment are clearly state of the art. By the end of the consultation, I knew I wanted my orthodontic work done here, but I was worried what it was going to cost. It cost LESS than I was quoted at the first orthodontist. The price for the entire treatment plan was very reasonable. This orthodontist office is very friendly, clean, inviting, and has modern equipment. Mix all that with really good prices. How compliant are you? Even if your teeth require minor corrections, if you don’t follow our orders religiously, treatment duration can be extended.
Do you have any gaps in your teeth? Gaps in teeth can result in tissue overgrowth or teeth that are too small in relation to the jawbone. This could take only a few months to fix but may be as long as 18 months in more severe cases.

How Does Invisalign^® for Crooked Teeth Work?

As mentioned, Invisalign^® is a great (and sometimes better) option for those with crooked teeth hoping to accomplish a beautiful and straight smile. With Invisalign^®, patients can avoid the inconveniences and discomforts associated with braces.

Every patient receives custom-made aligners that they should wear at least 22 hours per day, taking them out only during meals or to conduct dental hygiene. The aligners are made of a strong and hard plastic that is capable of shifting teeth — even severely crooked ones — into place.

About every two weeks, patients switch to a new set of aligners to keep the teeth progressing.
